• If you are under a physician‘s care, you must obtain a release from your doctor prior to your procedure. (Diabetes Type 1, Thyroid condition, etc.). Please note that the color of your brows can fade faster when taken with certain medications.
• Avoid all blood thinners: Caffeine, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Smoking, Alcohol, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil, Fish oil, etc. Doing so will cause you to bleed which pushes the pigment out and results in less color retention.
• Antibiotics must not be taken 2 weeks before and after your appointment..
• We suggest washing your hair before your appointment.
. Keep your brows away from water for the first 24 hours.
. Avoid exercise that makes you sweat for the first 3 days.
Day 1-3: Your brows will appear darker and bolder in shape. Scabbing develops. Avoid sw2eaty exercise for the first 5 days. Please avoid the gym/working out because the salt in your sweat will purge the pigment from your skin and not set properly. Normal activities can resume when your brows are completely done peeling.
Day 4-7: The scab naturally exfoliates, peels, and flakes away. Once the flakes have fallen off, a shiny layer of healing skin will completely cover the color. It will appear as though the eyebrows are gone.
Don't fret!
Day 8-20: Your brows may still look a little patchy or uneven, but the pigment will start to “reappear” as it settles and the healing continues. The complete healing process takes about 10-14 days. After 2 weeks you'll see the final results. During the touch-up, we can add more definition, density, and make other adjustments as necessary.
**The final result depends on your after care, skin type and lifestyle.**
